Effective dose: 300–600 mg standardised extract daily. Below 300 mg, cortisol-reduction trials show no statistically significant effect. Interaction flag: may potentiate thyroid medications.

Effective dose: 200–400 mg elemental magnesium daily. Glycinate form shows superior bioavailability over oxide. Interaction flag: reduces absorption of certain antibiotics and bisphosphonates.

Effective dose: 900–1500 mg daily in divided doses. Single doses above 500 mg show reduced absorption. Interaction flag: clinically significant interaction with cyclosporine and CYP3A4 substrates.
